CityPost offers a 30-day return window for standard cable railing components to ensure your project meets your exact expectations. All returned items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Package Your Components

    Securely pack the unused railing hardware, cables, or posts in their original boxes, ensuring all small fittings and fasteners are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, making sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the components for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
